The manageress Barbara and all of her staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and kind. They helped us at all junctures and answered all questions and did their best to explain, give directions and solve problems. Seriously, one of the best places I have ever stayed. They only issue I had was that the breakfast menu did not vary, but there was plenty of options and different foods to allow a guest to vary their own menu. The only other thing that I would have asked for was to have a heated pool as the water was very cold and not suitable for swimming, The palace grounds are exquisite with a dining room like something out of Versailles, with tiled walls in blue (typical of Porto). At night there is a guard at the entrance which gives a sense of security as the neighbourhood has quite a few abandoned buildings, as does much of downtown Porto. The hotel is an exquisite corner out of time and just three blocks from the metro station and lots of great restaurants just down the street. The dinner at the hotel was also excellent, and one felt that it was a special chef who cooked there. The staff of the dining room were also exceptionally nice, pleasant, helpful and attentive. A true gem in the world of hotels and hospitality.

Set in Porto, 1.8 km from Sao Bento Metro Station, Renaissance Porto Lapa Hotel offers accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, private parking, a fitness centre and a terrace. It was clean, new, comfortable and gives you the vibe of special. Also the staff was perfect. They’ve helped me on everything and they were all good in english, kind and professional. Absolutely a fantastic experience.

Everything about this hotel was so considered - the moment we checked in we knew we were in for a treat. From the architecturally designed rooms and furniture to the delicious breakfast served fresh every day, we cannot fault this place. The staff were so friendly and helpful - we had a 5am checkout and they stayed up to pack a hot coffee and pastry for our trip to the airport.

Attractively situated in the centre of Porto, Exe Essenzia Porto is within 1.1 km of Clerigos Tower and 1.8 km of Palacio da Bolsa. we loved our stay! The rooms we’re a really good size, clean and modern. The location was perfect, close to all the good restaurants but not too chaotic. The staff were so helpful and the breakfast every morning was delicious!

Matatagpuan sa Porto, may 400 metro mula sa Music House, nag-aalok ang ABC Hotel Porto - Boavista ng accommodation na may bar, private parking, shared lounge, at hardin. The location is perfect as there is a metro right in front of the hotel. You can easily walk to la casa de musica and also there is a roundabout near the hotel with a pastry shop every step you make. Also the hotel is very clean.

Hotel Cristal Porto is a new 4-star hotel in a central location in Porto. Set right next to Lapa Church, the hotel is 900 metres from Aliados Avenue. Stuff was really kind and helpful. Had a tiny complain for bathroom cleaning and they made it up perfectly after, personal apology, gift and super kind behavior, highly appreciated and exceptional customer service. Perfect hotel😍
