The hotel is so insanely decorated, every corner you look there was something interesting to see. I also loved how friendly and open everybody was. There is an incredible rooftop area with a bar, sitting room, a ping pong table and seating outside with incredible views of the water. The hotel was a quick walk to so many restaurants and cafes.

Housed in a converted Carmelite Convent, this hotel is located a 10-minute walk from Lisbon's city centre. It combines chic, contemporary furnishings with traditional, 17th-century architecture. Lovely — a hidden gem! The courtyard was the perfect place for breakfast or an afternoon or evening drink. We would definitely go back.

Finally a hotel that lets you sleep late and still enjoy an exquisite breakfast. Besides everybody was so kind in the hotel. Thank you so much, I had a wonderful stay and I will come back for sure. We arrived before scheduled check-in and a quick phone call to Mafalda and she activated the door code to allow us entry while we were on the phone. Good location next to several excellent restaurants. There is a small shop with beer, wine, coffee, fresh fruit and basic necessities right next door. Clean, bright apartment with comfortable beds.

Featuring free WiFi, Madragoa Cosy Apartment is located in one of the most typical districts of Lisbon just a 10-minute walk from Bairro Alto and a 15-minute walk from Chiado. Rita and her husband were very nice. That was probably the most outstanding part of this property. The apartment surely gave us the very old town Portugal experience we expected. It is easy to walk to a lot of tourism hotspots. We walked to time out market. Many quality dinning choices. Within 5 min walk, there is a major grocery store. The place is clean. We checked mattresses and sofa cushion, no signs of bugs. The location is quiet. You can surely hear street noise and your neighbors, not too bad. We were worried about that construction right before it, turned out to be alright for us. Overall, a cute place, like the front gate has a door knocker that was a little metal fist .

The apartment’s location was phenomenal. Could not have asked for a better area. The apartment itself is huge and provided plenty of room for 2 guests.
