The new Citiez Hotel Amsterdam is characterized by designer rooms with a city theme. Guests benefit from an All Day Café and free WiFi. Overall it was a great stay! Great service staff ready to help everywhere and in everything! Yes, the room is very small indeed, but we had already read the previous comments, so we were not surprised. By the way, it was quite fun! Yes, the toilet door is glass, but it is not transparent, the glass is frosted. And after all, folks this is Amsterdam, so just relax and enjoy this easy atmosphere!

The breakfast was really great, as others have already stated, you can choose the breakfast time, Johan (property owner) was really flexible regarding the time. We would also like to add that Johan was the greatest host you can wish for, we felt like home :)

The house truly felt like a little piece of heaven; it was cozy and beautiful alongside the water. We wish we could have stayed longer, but we will definitely be coming back. Above all, what made our stay indeed exceptional was the host's friendly and sincere approach. She made the entire experience wonderful for us.

The accommodation was very clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. We had such a lovely host who made sure we had everything and also helped us when we had questions. We very much enjoyed the stay and we will definitely come back for another stay.
