We didnt opted for breakfast. Hotel location was excellent as it was near to train station and providing sea view from the room. Our room was at the corner of the building providing additional view of road going to central city. Room was spacious having four men dining table. Staff was very welcoming and co-operative. Market near to hotel had facilities to shop all necessities of life. Even when needed we were able to find a very competent optician.

Located just a short metro ride from Centraal Station, this location is great. Dining and shopping are close, yet a serene canal is outside your gigantic window.

Villa Yburg está en Ámsterdam, a 2,1 km de Playa de Blijburg, a 7,7 km de Artis Zoo y a 8,5 km de Casa museo de Rembrandt, y ofrece terraza. It was really a pleasure for us to get back to Villa Yburg every day after our visits in the touristic, busy downtown. Our bed was huge and comfortable, our bathroom was dreamlike (and also huge), we simply loved the place - and also the warm welcome by Floris. The place has a fantastic location, quiet and relaxed, close to nature, but with very good public transport to the city center (by tram). We also discovered that there is a direct bus connection (66) to the Johan Cruyff ArenA which we appreciated as we visited a concert there.

Nicole and Thijs are the kindest and most welcoming hosts, they truly managed to create a peaceful haven at the ideal location to explore Amsterdam, without the hassle and noise of the city at night. The apartment has everything you would need and want. It is spotless, super cosy and the bed feels like sleeping on a cloud. Would recommend without any hesitation.
