The queen room was better looking and bigger in person than in the pictures. The value of the hotel is hard to beat and the location in Yokohama is great. As the hotel is within walking distance of the malls/waterfront and only a short walk away from a metro station.

HOTEL UNIZO Yokohamaeki-West está muy bien situado en el barrio de Nishi Ward, Yokohama, a 7,8 km de Estadio Nissan, a 10 km de Sankeien y a 14 km de Higashiyamata Park. El personal es muy amable, siempre dispuestos a ayudar, a pesar de que no hablo japonés, hicieron hasta lo imposible para ayudarme en lo que les solicité. Las instalaciones son muy limpias y la locación es muy buena, se encuentra en una zona cercana a diferentes puntos de interés de la ciudad.

The location is good. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Room is small but comfortable, with a comfortable bed. Everything is clean. We had dinner in Smoke room, excellent food and service!

Located above the 52nd floor of Yokohama Landmark Tower, all rooms at Yokohama Royal Park Hotel offer free WiFi and views of Yokohama City or the Yokohama Bay Bridge. The view is superb and the management is excellent. The room is thoroughly clean and tidy. Its style is elegant. The members of staff are so very nice and helpful to foreign guests. Thanks to this wonderful hotel for the most delightful experience indeed!
