My trip was in April. Easy to walk to from subway. I came for a concert at Makuhari Hall. It was in a very convenient walking distance. Loved that outlet shopping was close and only steps away. The lobby was beautiful and the front desk was friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were spacious. I would stay at Hotel Francs again.

Aside from a 24h Konbini, there are multiple Restaurants and cafés, as well as a Spa area. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of a wide variety of dishes.
