When we arrived we were pleasently surprised to know that we had been upgraded to the next catagory suite which is double in size and boasts an unparallel view of the surroynding backwaters! And the extra bed was already placed in the room. As it was my husbands birthday, it was the perfect setup to celebrate and the wonderful staff very enthusiaticly assisted me to plan a smaill surprise for him with a complememtary cake. They hotel gives you resort like feel in the middle of the city because of the setting and the beautiful grounds. The breakfast was good but very busy. Though the hotel was almost full, but the staff went above and beyond to ensure our short stay was amazing! Thank you from Bangladesh!

Certainly exceeded my expectation. The online reviews are all true and we were really happy with our stay. From our check-in experience to our room stay, to my gym experience and breakfast was excellent. We would definitely recommend staying here. Even our laundry was delivered on time when we checked in really late and were leaving early too. Breakfast was the BEST so far that we've experienced in Kerala. Value for money on all aspects of our stay. We encountered most places charging exorbitant rather with no product or service to match, so thank you Holiday Inn Cochin and keep up the great work!

Location is brilliant, on MG road, great for shopping. Also close to ferry to Fort Cochi. Breakfast is very good as was room service. Room was very clean and plenty of hot water. We really enjoyed our stay here. Pricing was very reasonable for the quality of hotel. I’d like to make special mention to the reception staff Ms Devi, Ms Ardhra and Mr Suneeth whose help and knowledge made our stay special Thankyou
