The online reviews are all true and we were really happy with our stay. From our check-in experience to our room stay, to my gym experience and breakfast was excellent. We would definitely recommend staying here. Even our laundry was delivered on time when we checked in really late and were leaving early too. Breakfast was the BEST so far that we've experienced in Kerala. Value for money on all aspects of our stay. We encountered most places charging exorbitant rather with no product or service to match, so thank you Holiday Inn Cochin and keep up the great work!

Doté d'une piscine sur le toit surplombant le centre-ville de Kochi, l'hôtel Abad Plaza propose des chambres élégantes vous assurant un séjour reposant. Très bon hôtel. Tout était parfait. L'accueil très sympathique, souriant et très professionnel. Ils font le maximum pour satisfaire votre demande. La chambre est spacieuse, propre et le nécessaire de toilette fourni avec également de quoi faire du café ou du thé. Les draps sont changés et le ménage fait tous les jours. Les repas de l'hôtel que nous avons pris quelques fois sont excellents. Le choix du self est très varié. La formule "petit déjeuner compris" est très bien. Le petit déjeuner proposé est varié. On a le choix entre l'occidental (continental) et l'indien. Le personnel est très aimable. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait pour se déplacer ensuite à l'intérieur de Cochin. Bien que situé sur un artère bruyant, on n'entend rien une fois à l'intérieur. Un service de massage ayurvédique qui fait beaucoup de bien. Le massage a été très bien.

Located within 12 km of Kochi Biennale and 2 km of Cochin Shipyard, Townbridge Hotels & Suites provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Cochin. I had an excellent stay @ this wonderful property which is a stone’s throw from the Ernakulum South metro station. They graciously accommodated my request for an early check-in, and my shower en-suite room was spotless and comfortable. Anjana (a receptionist @ the front desk) stood out as remarkably helpful and kind, and every other staff member was very nice and professional. Wi-Fi was very reliable and AC was great. The buffet breakfast was delicious and filling and I was patiently guided through the dishes which included some food specific to Kerala. All in all a very enjoyable stay and I would recommend for all, including Western travellers requiring a little adjustment before immersing yourself in the vibrant culture of Southern India. Especially as a Westerner, it is exceptional value for money for what is provided. Bonus note: you can pay by Mastercard if needed and for a reasonable fee, they also will allow late check-out as well!
