Located in Cochin, Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty is a waterfront resort featuring two swimming pools, a tennis court, as well as a fitness centre. We had booked for a suite with terrace and requested for an extra bed. When we arrived we were pleasently surprised to know that we had been upgraded to the next catagory suite which is double in size and boasts an unparallel view of the surroynding backwaters! And the extra bed was already placed in the room. As it was my husbands birthday, it was the perfect setup to celebrate and the wonderful staff very enthusiaticly assisted me to plan a smaill surprise for him with a complememtary cake. They hotel gives you resort like feel in the middle of the city because of the setting and the beautiful grounds. The breakfast was good but very busy. Though the hotel was almost full, but the staff went above and beyond to ensure our short stay was amazing! Thank you from Bangladesh!

Even our laundry was delivered on time when we checked in really late and were leaving early too. Breakfast was the BEST so far that we've experienced in Kerala. Value for money on all aspects of our stay. We encountered most places charging exorbitant rather with no product or service to match, so thank you Holiday Inn Cochin and keep up the great work!

Featuring a rooftop pool overlooking downtown Cochin, Hotel Abad Plaza offers restful stays with elegant rooms. Offering free parking, it has fitness and Ayurveda centres and 3 dining options. Location is brilliant, on MG road, great for shopping. Also close to ferry to Fort Cochi. Breakfast is very good as was room service. Room was very clean and plenty of hot water. We really enjoyed our stay here. Pricing was very reasonable for the quality of hotel. I’d like to make special mention to the reception staff Ms Devi, Ms Ardhra and Mr Suneeth whose help and knowledge made our stay special Thankyou

Located within 12 km of Kochi Biennale and 2 km of Cochin Shipyard, Townbridge Hotels & Suites provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Cochin. I had an excellent stay @ this wonderful property which is a stone’s throw from the Ernakulum South metro station. They graciously accommodated my request for an early check-in, and my shower en-suite room was spotless and comfortable. Anjana (a receptionist @ the front desk) stood out as remarkably helpful and kind, and every other staff member was very nice and professional. Wi-Fi was very reliable and AC was great. The buffet breakfast was delicious and filling and I was patiently guided through the dishes which included some food specific to Kerala. All in all a very enjoyable stay and I would recommend for all, including Western travellers requiring a little adjustment before immersing yourself in the vibrant culture of Southern India. Especially as a Westerner, it is exceptional value for money for what is provided. Bonus note: you can pay by Mastercard if needed and for a reasonable fee, they also will allow late check-out as well!
