The staff were always helpful. The young woman that works at the breakfast buffet sitting people was always a joy to see in the morning. Even the cleaning staff always greeted you with happy good mornings.

Well located, near the metro, bus and tram stops. Good selection of restaurants in the area. Hotel room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a lovely view of Victoria Harbour. Restaurant on 41st floor and the deck on the roof offered amazing views of Kowloon Bay and Victoria Harbour. Checking and checkout was pleasant and all staff were very helpful and friendly.
