Lovely interior (modern and sleek), great location, fantastic staff, super-clean. I loved my "M"-sized room that came with a cute balcony (and a nice view, at that). Truly enjoyable stay. I highly recommend The Modernist and would absolutely stay there again.

The breakfast was excellent. The room was very comfortable. Good location as well a 27min walk to the acropolis, or 11m to the metro station. There were also three restaurants right across the street we could go for dinner. Also, you can book a shuttle through the hotel to/from the airport and the piraias port - we took advantage of both. €60 from the airport, €30 to the port. The shuttle drivers also offer private tours to take you to the major sights, which we did not take advantage of because it was a little pricey (~€300) but you can book those through the front desk which is a nice convenience.
