I liked the smart room features which were very well thought out. Managed to easily connect my phone to the television to stream Netflix movies as well. Really liked the simple things like alarm clock which was different each day (day 1 TV turned on, and played ping-pong sounds very pleasantly - day 2 it turned the TV on and counted down from 100 in a nice way as well).

And yes, the complimentary goodies in the room certainly added to the pampering quotient. The ME stay was an integral part of our beautiful London holiday.
