A contemporary boutique guest house set in a Georgian townhouse, Number 38 Clifton offers stylish rooms with views of the Clifton Downs or Bristol city centre. This is my first choice to stay whenever I visit my nephew in Bristol: great rooms, excellent service , superb location, lovely ambiance and atmosphere, incredible views whether over the park or the cityscape. This time it snowed during the first night of my stay so I ended up getting tanning “before and after” photos of the lovely views from the room

Set above Avon Gorge, this hotel overlooks Brunel's famous suspension bridge. It has a large terrace for al fresco dining with excellent views. Friendly first class hotel. Clifton village interesting

Channings Hotel is set Bristol's Clifton district and within half a mile of Clifton Down and the famous suspension bridge. This traditional hotel features a large beer garden and a bar. nice old building and a lovely bar downstairs. breakfast was fantastic!

The Washington is a Grade 2 Listed building, less than a mile from Bristol city centre and is a 3-minute walk from Clifton Suspension Bridge, Bristol Museum and Art Gallery. Very convenient. Lovely room, delightful decor. Nice breakfast

With a stylish cellar bar and café with a terrace, The Clifton Hotel offers en-suite rooms with fresh fruit . Clifton Village is 10-minute walk away, and Bristol’s lively centre is a 20-minute walk. Loved the hotel. From the moment I entered, the staff were super cool. The place was warm, welcoming, comfy and cosy.

OYO the Regency, Clifton Bristøl is a Grade II listed building, situated 600 metres from Bristol University and 800 metres from Clifton College. Staff very friendly, location, comfortable bed. Its worth the price you pay
