The personnel was exceptionally kind and willing to help with everything we asked, from luggage weight to a bottle opener. Honestly the best hotel service I've ever had. Definitely would recommend for carefree vacationing.

This is the perfect hotel. The staff welcomed us so warmly, there are some free snacks that you can get throughout the day, the room is not huge but big enough to be comfortable and really tastefully decorated. Most of all, the location is quite central and well connected to the metro stations, yet it is so quiet at night. Had my best night's sleep in Paris here. There are a lot of delicious bakeries and restaurants in the same street. We'll be back!

Nemo was really really nice. He‘s very accommodating. Everything is perfect in this hotel. My room, my balcony, my bathtub with balcony as well. Definitely 5 star service for me.

It is slightly off of where typical tourists may stay in Paris so you have to be ok with that.

Everything was easy to access and easy to use. (No noise from the trains in our room. Very Well soundproofed) The room was nice, very good value. Sheets were awesome and good quality. (Booked the premium room) Free sweets, tea and coffee with good quality 24/24 A terrific restaurant had our dinner twice in 4 nights. Very nice decoration during Christmas Will definitely come back
