I stayed 5 nights at the hotel and really enjoyed it. It’s conveniently located in vibrant Zamalek and is within walking distance from coffee shops, restaurants, supermarkets etc. The staff were exceptional, always going above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable during my stay. The lady that cleaned my room everyday was the lovely Nada who was so warm and kind and did an excellent job. If you are a solo female traveler, I would put this at the top of my list

Spacious, comfortable room with a nice balcony. Unlike the room booked by the other members of our group, this room was ready on time and we were actually able to use it early. The hotel let us store our bags at reception for a night while we went on an overnight trip out of the city. The restaurant on the roof has good food and a nice view. The room was well equipped with tea, coffee, hairdryer, an iron and ironing board, etc. The bed was really comfortable.

Breakfast is fantastic , the staff couldn’t be nicer, specially the bellhops . The area is where all the embassies are so it is convenient , quiet and nice Great price too

I loved this hotel but it's ruined me for other hotels in Egypt! I mean, it has everything -- nice staff, helpful at every turn without being intrusive. Nice rooms, with lovely beds/pillows and cleaned daily. Bathroom was big and shower was wonderful. We didn't order room service, but we did eat on site once and it was a nice experience, with prices I thought were reasonable, along with good options. The area around the hotel is also very nice to walk around. There is a park, the Nile, and plenty of shops and restaurants and book stores.
