We needed a few things from them and they were very accommodating. The most helpful staff I have ever seen. The location was excellent. My band and I stayed here while playing the Reeperbahn Festival, outstanding location right on the Reeperbahn. Great lobby bar with a great little patio. We were a group of five so a twin room and triple room was perfect for us, rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly, even let me check in early as one of our rooms was ready. Can’t say enough good things!!!

Tiny fully functional single room with French bed and window, nice touch: Tee facilities & umbrella. Perfect location for who loves the red light district or what’s left of it. Very easy check in good communication. Mr Kai was very nice and the cleaning was exceptional
