The staff were excellent. The people cleaning the facilities were friendly and contentious, however the desk staff were the real stars. They were extremely helpful and accommodating. The entire premises was spotless. It was nice having a store across the street. The laundry facilities were clean and very civilized. Location was great, close to entertainment, the river, transit. I always felt safe in the area.

Parking fit my Jeep Wrangler 4 door enclosed in their parking garage. Close to the park, since our dog traveled with us. Close to public transportation. Great Italian restaurant next door. Outstanding European breakfast! Super friendly and above average staff!

Located in Hamburg, a 15-minute walk from Hamburg-Altona Train Station, Stadthaushotel Hamburg - Inklusionshotel has accommodations with a garden, free private parking and a terrace. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and everything was very clean and well-kept. It was almost silent in my room despite being close to a main road, because the rooms faced away from the road into a shared courtyard. The only unusual thing is that there wasn't a kettle to make coffee or tea in the room itself, although I imagine the staff would have provided one had I asked. Accessibility, as you would imagine from the hotel's description, was exceptional.

The staff is friendly and professional most likely due to his leadership. The lobby is welcoming and the location is on top of the S-bahn and bus lines.

There is cinema just around the corner, about 20 meters from the lodge. I was in Hamburg for a concert in Übel & Gäferlich which is also only few hundreds of meters from the place. I got in time code for the main entrance of the lodge and everything was easy. The room has coffee machine. I will come again.
