The house is well kept, there was a very nice smell inside. Quick access to the center and other attractions outside Dresden. There is information in the room about what is worth visiting in the city and beyond.

The apartment is newly renovated and very quiet! One is reaching downtown Dresden e.g. Semper Oper Parking (which is one of the cheapest imho) within 12min.
