Set in Cologne, 3.6 km from Cologne Cathedral, KONCEPT HOTEL Josefine features views of the city. Easy access parking garage. Check in was a bit glitchy to scan the passports but otherwise easy! Super nice rooms, comfortable beds and bedding! Had no contact with the staff. Location was great for us since we my friends who were visiting live nearby.

We needed to wash on Sunday morning because of our schedule so a representative of the owner came within half an hour of us contacting them to show us how to access and use the washing machine. Excellent customer service !!! We certainly recommend this accommodation .
