This family-run hotel lies in a quiet side street, located 10 minutes from Cologne Cathedral and just 20 minutes from the Kölnmesse exhibition grounds. really nice hotel room, a bit small but had everything what u need. good location and everything was clean.

The Conti Hotel is a family-run, modern hotel located in the heart of the Belgian quarter of central Cologne. Very nice hotel with a personal touch, very nice staff in the reception. Helpful with good practical tips. Good breakfast and the location is great. The room was good but the bed was a bit worn and I could feel a dip in the middle of the bed. Now I am working with beds and have very strict ideas about how a bed should feel. For sure I will try to book same hotel next time I visit Cologne :)

This hostel is located in the heart of Cologne’s trendy Belgian Quarter, 1.2 mi from Cologne Cathedral and the Rhine Embankment. Hostel die Wohngemeinschaft offers free Wi-Fi and design interiors. The staff was super friendly. The personal lockers were huge and each had their own key. The bed was very comfortable and suprisingly quite big. They had a dining room where you could always take free water, coffee and tea. The toilets and showers were quite private and really clean. It was a really nice place to stay.

Housed in a historic building, Blue Edition Cologne offers accommodations with a bar and free Wifi in Cologne, a 17-minute walk from Volksgarten Park. We loved how the place was furnished and the creativity put into every detail. Very close to public transport (10 min to the bus stop, 15 min bus ride to the main station) and close to some shops and restaurants. Definitely would stay again next time we are in Köln!

ATa & oMo enjoys a location in Cologne, 1.6 miles from Cologne Cathedral and 1.8 miles from Romano-Germanic Museum. The host was very friendly and made me feel very welcomed. She also gave me a good explanation on surroundings such as restaurants, cafes etc and made sure that I will have a good stay. The room was very clean and charming. It has almost everything I needed for the long weekend stay. Thank you also for the nice easter chocolate which I found at my door as a surprise :-)

Apartment in der Yogaschule offers accommodations in Cologne, a 18-minute walk from Saint Gereon's Basilica and 1.4 miles from Wallraf-Richartz Museum. The room was very comfortable and spacious for me. When I first saw the listing, it did feel a little unusual that it is connected to a yoga studio. However I spent most of my time out in the city so I didn’t see the yoga classes in action. It is quite cool and interesting that guests are invited to join if they choose to do so. The check-in process was very easy to follow and smooth. There is an elevator in the building so that’ll make it easier to carry any heavy luggage. The location is located near the university and around many restaurants so at night it can be lively but despite that, it was still quiet for a decent sleep. It is a little far from the center of the city but there is a bus and tram stop nearby. And although I didn’t see the hosts themselves (apart from my arrival) during my stay, they were very courteous and helpful. Highly recommend if you plan to go to Cologne.
