The staffs are very helpful, very quick to cater any queries. The room is very convenient, everything is clean, smells good. I'm taking my parents with me and they're very satisfied with the room! I will definitely come back here whenever I visit Shanghai and would recommend to everyone to stay here!

We had a little defect in the room, and the hotel staffs made it up for us by giving free breakfast for the next morning.
