Right next to the lake, so you have a nice view from the restaurant.also close to the city centre. Nice room. All in all elegant.

Bochra and Aiguerim went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my time there. Upon arrival, they generously upgraded my room to accommodate my request for a peaceful environment, and it made all the difference. Additionally, despite my early arrival at around Ten in the morning, they kindly facilitated an early check-in at no extra cost, understanding my exhaustion from a long train journey. Their thoughtfulness and dedication truly exemplify the quality of service at this establishment. Aside from the outstanding staff, the hotel's prime location, right next to Lausanne Central Station and with a bus stop nearby, made getting around a piece of cake. Overall, while the hotel itself offers a pleasant experience, it is truly the exceptional staff that sets it apart. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile make this establishment a standout choice for who are seeking not just accommodation, but genuine hospitality. Ubytovanie Swiss Chocolate by Fassbind Lausanne s 3 hviezdičkami sa nachádza v destinácii Lausanne 13 min. Great location, nice room, I wanted to do late checkout and would have needed to pay 30.- extra, which would have been fine for me. The kind receptionist didn’t charge me and that was very nice from him.
