This traditional 5-star palace hotel occupies an elegant Art Nouveau building dating from 1913, located in the heart of Bern next to the Federal Parliament. Luxurious hotel with exceptional service that you won’t find elsewhere. From the moment we arrived at the hotel until the checkout time, the entire staff was extremely professional and friendly. The rooms are spacious and very classic, beautiful lobby, it is the best in Bern. We had a personal incident and we received a great support from the staff and the management. I am really speechless. Thank you for everything!!

Το Goldener Schlüssel είναι το παλαιότερο ξενοδοχείο στην παλιά πόλη της Βέρνης και απέχει λίγα μόλις μέτρα από τον πύργο Zytglogge. Location was very convenient, in the city and near food options. Room was clean and quiet. The reception was friendly, and helped to give us the Bern city pass for free transport. Very good breakfast selection.
