Sami at the front desk welcomed us with a big smile! He showed us to our room, which was cozy, clean and had a good temperature. The bathroom was very clean and big. Towels and bed linen were clean. We had a kettle, tea cups, tea, instant coffee, everything to feel comfortable. The hotel has a shuttle service to Charleroi Airport. It is only 5 min away, making the hotel very convenient!
