Charming Viennese hotel in delightful surroundings Our establishment offers you friendly, roomy, excellently equipped and comfortable rooms you can relax in. A hotel with a homely atmosphere. Very nice service, very good contact with the owner. Cozy rooms, kettle and coffee maker in the room. Very tasty breakfast, lots of choice. We parked right outside the hotel, but there were plenty of free parking spaces in the surrounding streets. Close to supermarkets, close to the subway, tram stops and P+R car park. Recommendable.

The place is ideal for anybody who prefers a quiet location surrounded by nature, but with all comfort. There is a regular bus to the train station to the city centre. The room was spacious and the old building has a wonderful charm. The breakfast is incredible, opulent, with local products, served in a former winter garden. The views are fabulous. There is a beautiful small old library on the premises. By the vineyard nearby, young wine can be tasted in the season.

The second day, the hot water didn't work properly and they fixed it immediately! I really appreciated the espresso machine!

I liked everything very much, the apartment is very bright, clean and quiet. The tram stop is a couple of minutes away, the supermarket is also not far away. There are several good restaurants nearby. When I woke up in my first morning, there was a message waiting for me from Clemens where I could have good breakfast and a delicious coffee. When I was leaving, I got wishes for a good trip, I felt like at home in this place. Thanks a lot, Clemens!
