The lovely staff who are so welcoming and helpful. The breakfast- good selection to choose from- Bircher style overnight oats, various yoghurts, fresh local types of bread, fresh fruit salad, hams and cheese, local breakfast cakes, danish pastries, smoked salmon and cooked breakfast options choice of teas, coffees and juices Rooms all very individual, this is a historic building with each room styled to match its shape and features but with all mod cons such as Aircon and lovely bathrooms, coffee machine in room.Of course there is a huge variety of art all around the hotel including bedrooms. There are some modern rooms in the new building just across from the hotel. Lovely lounge in hotel where you can order drinks and light snacks. Didn't get chance to try the pool but it looks lovely in the garden.

New opening in August 2018. Well set in the centre of Graz, NH Graz City provides air-conditioned rooms with private parking and room service. The location is right in the historical center of the city. The room was very nice and clean. While waiting for check in, you can wait in a relax area and enjoy a small snack from them. At check out we had to wait two more hours and because the bad weather we could sit in the lobby where you had space to work. If we had the opportunity to return, we would stay at this hotel again
