The breakfast was very good but it would have been good to see a little more variety every other day for long stays, it does get boring having the same thing every morning for a week. 2. The staff were amazing, they work very hard and are always ready to help, however, we do notice that the front desk seems to be short-staffed as it is always very busy, there is always a long wait before you're ready to be helped. 3. A thank you to Mariton, who has been exceptionally pleasant and who goes above and beyond to ensure that her customers are always taken care of and happy, thank you very much, we appreciate you!

The hotel features an outdoor swimming pool, 24-hour gym, a luxurious spa and a kids’ club.... Very helpful staff. Especially Khadija at front desk who was very helpful throughout our whole stay.

Despite the absence of a balcony and a dryer, the convenient location in Oud Metha, with excellent dining options and transport links, makes this hotel a definite choice for future stays.
