Languiage issues with staff. better trained in English or French would be helpful Breakfast in bed service was poor, No Trolly, struggled to take order in Englis. Food was not quality liek it should be. Tea was too strong. Spa facilities were terrible, Jaqusi was too hot, Hamam was not mixed so we could not enjoy it as a couple.
