Nice location in the heart of Narita. Near to two train stations and a bus terminal. Staff was very accommodating. Easy to extend the stay. Very reasonably priced.

Hotel was a bit of a trek on public transport, but rooms were comfortable and the free shuttle to the airport was a bonus. No restaurant onsite, and about 1km walk to nearest restaurant open, when we were there.

The staff were very friendly! The room was spacious and comfortable. The restaurant was really good and was a decent value. The shuttle was on time and made trips to and from the airport comfortable. The room was very clean.
