The hotel is located in the heart of the city, surrounded by many pubs and restaurants so you can always enjoy the good food/drinks and live music, but also close to the river, if you are not a party person and like long walks. Our room was overlooking some patio, so it was quiet during the night. The room was big, with enough space for 4 of us. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We slept like babies. The staff was really nice and friendly, which we appreciated. We had breakfast one morning and it was also good.

Staff are friendly and those on reception polite and respectful.
It's easy to travel into the city from here and you can get Luas or bus.
Getting around Ballyfermot is no problem, it's a bit of a walk up to the main Street with lots of shops and few cafe s, also a shop called Angel's with dirty faces , sells a variety of angel cards ,figureens ,books and much more .
Me and my friend had 4 nights in Dublin. The holiday home in Ballyfermot was close to shops and bus routes and we found our way around really well. The accommodation was really good value it was clean spacious and the owner was very good at responding to our messages regarding heating. There was a plug in heater which warmed each room if we needed it. Only used on 2 days. We didn't let the 1 bad review put us off. Thankyou very much we will hopefully be back again.
