Position for Hampton Court is excellent and walks along the Thames. Staff were very friendly and attentive, and we would definitely stay again. The bedroom and bathroom were snug, but the extra room was useful for bags and tea and coffee facilities. Breakfast was very good and made to order with some buffet options

We chose this because we wanted to visit Hampton Court Palace. After a superb evening meal at our hotel The White Hart we went for a wander over the bridge where we discovered a lively area of restaurants & bars with a great atmosphere. Also found out about a river boat trip that could take us to Hampton Court. We were able to book tickets online for the next day. And a 5 minute walk from the hotel is a train station that takes you to Waterloo.

The bed and room were very comfortable. It was nice to have a sofa as well as the bed. The restaurant in the hotel was reasonable and they accommodating my daughter's food allergies. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent. And very reasonably priced. We were visiting Hampton Court Palace and this was an excellent location. It is about a 25 minute walk or there is a bus which takes you there in much less time. Although we only stayed the one night they allowed us to store our luggage the following day.
Convenient London location, close to the University of Kingston, easy to access many locations like Richmond, Kew Gardens, Teddington Lock, the River Thames. There was convenient parking outside the hotel. the rooms and hotel were clean, the shower was clean, bedding and towels all clean. A decent cooked breakfast included and co ti metal breakfast available if preferred. There was a warm welcome on arrival and at breakfast. There was also a garden which was a pleasant surprise.
I chose to stay at the Kings Arms because I needed to meet friends in London and attend a conference held near the hotel. The public transport options were excellent, including taking a bus to Heathrow. The breakfast was excellent giving me a great start to my day. The friendly staff made me feel welcome and my room was safe, warm and stylishly comfortable. I would have had to pay more than double for these amenities in Central London and wouldn't have had the park to walk in.
Easy check in. Parking at rear. Comfortable and spacious. Massive comfy bed in the main bedroom. Sofa bed is a proper double and very comfortable. Great storage. 5 of us stayed first night and 3 for a second night and it was very comfortable even when at capacity. My daughter lives in Kingston Uni halls nearby, so the location was perfect for us. Easy to get into central London and Kingston but also a nice area with good pubs and places to eat within walking distance.
Our host was extremely accommodating and the room was perfectly clean and inviting, as well as being located in the heart of Kingston overlooking one of its prettiest alleys. There are plenty of food and drink options around and it's easy to reach central London from there as the room is only a 2-3 minute walk away from Kingston train station.
I also appreciated its private entrance tucked away from the main street.
Perfect location for visiting Hampton Court/ Kingston upon Thames/ arriving by train. Staff super friendly, helpful and welcoming. Nice little touches in room to make your stay special. Comfortable, clean and spacious room. Able to bring my dog although be aware not all rooms are pet friendly so check with hotel before booking .
The place is extra clean and well organized. The staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. The location is perfect close to shops, coffee places and restaurants. Public transportation is in front of the hotel. Kingston center is few stops by bus where are more shops and restaurants. I difinitley will come back.
Nice quiet place, value for
Money. Clean and close to town center.
Looking at the review I was afraid of booking but the price I paid and upon my visit I felt it’s value for money. At the end I paid very cheap price in comparison of other hotel in kingston town center so can’t complaint for any thing.
Fantastic old manor house in suburbs of London, excellent facilities pool and fitness rooms. Staff were very helpful.
We were in one of the rooms in an annex to the main hotel.
We had a very reasonably priced lunch for a hotel and the breakfast was also very reasonably priced.
Breakfast was ok, see comments below. Location was good for us as we were travelling to Wimbledon for the tennis which only took about 15 minutes from the hotel. Room was very warm but there was an air conditioning unit we used.
Bathroom small but adequate with toiletries.
Breakfast was fine. I always enjoy a cooked breakfast. When I return to Kingston, I am always either looking up former colleagues, or seeing my financial advisor, or my dentist. The location of the hotel is perfect for all of those needs.
Most of all I loved the location. Close to the train station and in a nice little neighborhood along the Thames. I also liked the historical hotel. Our room was large by European standards and the amenities nice and appreciated.
Good hotel with clean room. Great shower, I never managed to work out the flash coffee machine in the room. The breakfast look good for meat eaters, and a bit bland for veggies. It was ok, toast and croissants, grapes.
The staff were truly exceptionally pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was great as good as any top hotel I've stayed in. Not the biggest rooms or en suites but I would highly recommend this hotel as value for money.
The hotel is ideally situated next to Kingston-upon-Thames and Hampton. It's a renovated, century-old hotel with all the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and modern.
The staff were welcoming which certainly made the stay better. It was a great location to explore London and the surrounding area of Kingston upon Thames.
