nothing, it was not a very clean place, the view was of the car park a few feet away, no privacy, dirt in bath, mattress needed replacing. This was supposed to be a deluxe room. Joke! £429 for nothing

A lovely historic town with some tourist attractions within walking distance. We spent a day exploring the town and visited the model village, the motor museum and Birdland. There are many cafes and restaurants to choose from; in warmer weather it would be lovely to eat outside and enjoy the views of the river.

Food options are varied, good old English, Italian, fine dining and tapas. The village is beautiful with many old properties that are well maintained. Pubs are oldy worldly and very busy at weekends. Plenty of good coffee shops. Paid Parking is available at either end of the village if staying over 1 hour so no problem parking. Village parking is restricted. Walking options are all around and many locals are happy to oblige if you need directions.

Absolutely stunning, beautiful place full of character.
Absolutely stunning, beautiful place full of character. We visited slightly out of season so was not too busy. Smiths is an amazing restaurant, specialising in gourmet burgers, you will not be disappointed! Lots of other independent shops selling a range of crafts, antiques and much more.

The location was great and parking is rare in the Cotswolds. The breakfast was good and staff friendly.
We rented a twin room and it was all as described but the beds were not good. We had springs poking us throughout the night. So much so that we actually had bruises from them. We checked out early as there was no other room available and the staff were very gracious and kind about the situation.
We would recommend staying here but maybe not in a twin room or at least until the replace those mattresses.
The room and en suite were clean, fresh and comfortable. The choice of breakfast was very good, well cooked and presented and the staff were very friendly. The location is absolutely perfect for staying in Bourton on the Water. Lovely to be able to walk from the hotel, park at the hotel and then leave the hustle and bustle of the town on busy days and get back to the tranquility of the hotel. The restaurant at the hotel is excellent and the food is delicious and well presented.
Broadlands Hotel was a fantastic base for the Cotswolds, we loved Bourton-on-the-Water and what it had to offer. We stayed in Room 3 which was small but had everything we needed for a 2-night stay. The hotel was nicely decorated and the lounge was lovely to spend time in. We were able to park easily behind the hotel and breakfast every morning was delicious and great to wake up to. Would highly recommend Broadlands as a base for anyone looking to do a Cotswolds trip!
Loved the feel of the property compared to a more traditional hotel - the atmosphere suited the cotswolds vibes in a way you wouldn't be able to replicate if it was a large business.
Location was faultless, and had excellent access/parking arrangements.
The toiletries/facilities were very thoughtful, and we really appreciated this.
Staff were extremely friendly and helpful too.
Beautiful room.
The hotel was aesthetically pleasing and had lots of luxury touches in the room (dyson hairdryer, nice bath salts etc). The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly - they really helped us out when we had a problem with our room on the first night and rectified the issue brilliantly. The bath tub in the room was a lovely touch. The food in the restaurant was outstanding!
The location was perfect. Bourton on the Water is beautiful. Everything was within walking distance. The hotel was beautiful. The room was very clean and stylish. Lovely soft furnishings and a tasteful colour scheme in keeping with a beautiful, old building. The staff were very friendly and efficient and the breakfast was delicious. I will definitely be returning.
Very warm, friendly welcome. The hotel is very comfortable and cosy. Our room was a garden room which was very convenient and comfortable with everything we needed for a relaxing break. Hotel is in a great position in the centre of Bourton on the water. The food was delicious and a good menu choice. free parking.
The perfect location in beautiful Bourton on the Water.
A charming Hotel full of history and character. The
room was nice and comfortable, although a bit on the small side, it was fine for a few days stay. All the staff were really nice and most helpful. The food was excellent and very reasonably priced.
The room - the family room - was nothing short of our expectations. The overall service and the staff's attentiveness and friendliness were just great. The Dial House is undoubtedly rated among our family's most favourite hotels in the UK. We'll surely come back.
Traditional Inn. Great location in Cotswolds. The room was nice and cosy. Good breakfast alternatives. Pet friendly. The walk around Great Rissington was lovely. We also visited Bourton on the water and Stow on the wold - both very nice.
the service they were super nice and even better than in other 5 Star hotels we went. They offered to take our luggage up the stairs which didn't happen before in other 5 star hotels. Always with a smile and excellent service.
Great location, clean, perfectly represented by the pictures and description. Absolutely wonderful place to be based in the Cotswolds for a relatively reasonable price. Very comfortable.
Such a beautiful hotel that was in the perfect location for exploring Bourton on the Water and The Cotswolds.
We would definitely stay here again and will recommend to others.
Very friendly and welcoming staff, nice and quiet traditional Cotswolds pub/hotel in a perfect location, dogs allowed, good full English breakfast included in a good price.
Really, really fantastic location right in the middle of Bourton on the Water. The hotel/restaurant felt like the social hub of the community and the food was delicious
