We loved the excursions.

First time we had stayed (normally Carmen area) well impressed- good mix of bars and restaurants all very clean and was pleasantly surprised as had heard previous mixed reviews - certainly would return.

Costa Teguise is known for being breezy!
Costa Teguise is known for being breezy! Well we were not aware of this until we were there so bring a few cardigans and jackets for in the evening. Pants as well I would recommend although we did visit in march when the highs were 28 but overcast so I imagine would be warmer in summerKirstenUnited Kingdom - 10Scored 10
Costa Teguise is our favourite place to stay on the island.
Costa Teguise is our favourite place to stay on the island. There are lots of bars and good restaurants, lovely walks along the seafront and manmade paths to take you to the outskirts, there’s now a path all the way to Arrecife if you like a decent walk. From Arrecife you can go by bus to any place on the island.

A busy resort and typical for a coastal Spanish resort. Highly targetted to British tourists, shortage of authenticity. However for sunny weather over a short stay it was perfect and so convenient to the airport. We found an amazing restaurant La Tabla which had great Tapas, good selection of wine and friendly service. The restaurant was great value for money. I would avoid the Restaurant SeBe which was very expensicve with average food and awkward service. There is little scenery around the resort.

We travel a lot around the island so we appreciate the location of the hotel. It was very good start position to make the trips around the Lanzarote. We liked the breakfast and food in Olivina buffet very much - the food was delicious with lots of options to have really good, healthy and tasty start for the day. We stayed in junior suite and the space of rooms was generous. We loved olympic pool and generally the sporty atmosphere in Barceló is very motivational.ZuzanaSlovakia

The only limitation is that the dinner room closes at 10 PM. The bed was great!!! Huge and very comfortable. The bathtub in the room! The pool was a little bit cold but nice. Unfortunately, it was hard to find a beach chair around it, in a good position. The cocktail bar was good, but not the best: slow service, cocktails to improve. The free coffee in the room. The adults only idea!!

The breakfast buffet was fantastic (as the other reviews suggested). Very happy with the water coolers available to fill bottles. Great location - Costa Teguise centre is 10/15 minute walk and there is a supermarket and restaurants across the street. We availed of both the gym and wellness centre and were happy with both!

I had previously stayed in 2 other, similar 4 star hotels in Lanzarote but this one was in a class of its own. The food was great / staff friendly and most helpful / situation couldn't be faulted and the facilities perfect. All in all we had the most wonderful stay. Hoping to return next year !
