We were on our way from Northern Portugal to Madrid Spain, and found this place on the way. So that was a considered as a place for an overnight only. The owner was very welcoming, need to use google translate, as Portuguese is the only language... She also runs a small cafe shop, just across the street. There is a large swimming pool - it was too cold for us, but if you arrive in hot days, it looks great.

Qunita de Sao Luiz is located high off the main road and has the most amazing view across the Duoro River & Valley. The rooms are very spacious and well appointed with everything you need on hand -they are extremely quiet and peaceful. The staff were excellent and extremely helpful. The breakfast exceeded our expectations with an excellent selection. All in all it was a fabulous stay and one night wasn't long enough.

La struttura si trova immersa nel verde poco fuori il paese. Raggiungibile con auto. Avendo prenotato 4 camere avevamo in realtà una casa tutta per noi con ampio soggiorno e cucina. Nel giardino ci sono sdraio per il relax. Su nostra richiesta il titolare ci ha prenotato un buonissimo ristorante dove siamo stati benissimo e ci hanno pure offerto il dolce.

Fantastic breakfast it exceeded our expectations by a lot very complete and diverse The house is completely renovated incredible good conditions I had an issue with the reservation on the booking and the host was really nice and quickly found a solution. The host gave us some information about the surroundings and about a place to eat. The zone is really quiet and has a great view to the mountains.
