Beautiful nature, close to the sky. Mrs Celine, the owner, was very kind and nice person. We spent there a week and if it would be possible we stay longer or return again.

Quinta das Faias er en 4 hektar stor ejendom på Madeira, som ligger i den frodige Paradise-dal ved landsbyen Camacha. It was wonderful. The place was clean, we had a everything we nedeed for 7 days. The yard is so beautiful. The house has a history and it is a objectiv by itself. You will not regret if you choose to stay here. We had private space and time for relax. It is a parking lot for yourself. It is a perfect place for 2 couples. Filipe, the owner, is ready with all the information that you need. It is a supermarket at 500 m. and a traditional restaurant.

Disse hytter er perfekte til gæster, der ønsker at opleve livet på landet på Madeira. De ligger gemt væk på en privat ejendom nær Camacha, en landsby nær Funchal. Dejlig beliggenhed i fred og ro, men alligevel kun 20 minutter væk fra Funchal i bil. Meget idyllisk med kaniner og påfugle i haven.

The host is super kind and generous - he gave us excellent tips on what to do in the region and where to eat (both restaurant recommendations were epic!), welcomed us in person although we arrived around midnight, had a friendly chat with us and gave us fruit and vegetables from his garden. The location of the property was perfect for our needs (relatively close to the airport and some points of interest), there’s a miradouro perfect to watch the sunset 5min away from the property. Sunrise is seen from the balcony - amazing! The property itself has everything one may need for a comfortable stay, including washing and cooking facilities, a coffee machine, etc.

Very nice, roomy, tidy and new apartment with all you can need. It is really good equipped (incl coffee, tea, laundry detergent etc...). Very easy self check in/out. Loved it! Local family running Restaurant/bakery on the other side of the street.
