Boasting mountain views, Lago Azul Villas features accommodation with balcony, around 24 km from Capela de Nossa Senhora da Conceicao. Jaime is a wonderful host and welcomed us upon arrival. He recommended a good restaurant 10 minutes away and was available if we had any concerns which we did not. Probably most fun during the summer season. View was spectacular. We had a lovely outdoor seating area and a very spacious room.

Featuring an infinity pool and views of pool, TheVagar Countryhouse is a recently renovated country house located in Belmonte, 42 km from Parque Natural Serra da Estrela. This is one of the nicest places I have stayed anywhere in the world. Beautiful location and facilities, wonderful host and staff…super friendly and always helpful. The pool is a marvel and the food was fabulous. I hope I can come back someday.

Boasting a garden and views of garden, Casa Moiano is a country house set in a historic building in Oliveira do Hospital, 47 km from Parque Natural Serra da Estrela. It is a very charming and wonderful historic property. The place is decorated with a very good taste, it is really special. The owners are very kind and do everything for you stay comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with lot of things prepared by the owners. I will be back for sure.

Privacy, cleanliness, huge space, its very beautiful, everything was outstanding and the most amazing host. The host was so humble polite and cooperative. I will highly recommend this place and will surely visit again.

Just off the camino this property was both well located and remote in a lovely way. We had a nice size room, clean, modern facilities and a small kitchen. It was very relaxing! The owner was very nice and helped out with several things. We were lucky enough to be there when the "bread guy" was coming and bought fresh bread for a great price.
