It's a very new property so it's clean and functional. Our apartment was up 1 flight of steps. The owners are very keen to make sure your stay is comfortable and are contactable by phone. It's in a good location about 10 mins drive from Todi. It is set in a beautiful location with a view to Todi. There is a small supermarket nearby. Plenty of parking.

The hosts were informative and friendly and respected our privacy. This is a great central base for day trips to the nearby towns of Assisi, Spello, Spoleto, Trevi, Foligno, Bevagna, Montefalco, Todi, Orvieto, and Bagnoregio. We visited all of them during our stay. We enjoyed everything about our stay. The beds were comfortable and the room was a good size for our family of 3. The breakfast each morning was plenty and traditional Italian. Very good. The location to Todi was close and could see the gorgeous town from the pool. Parking our rental car was easy, lots of parking available. We had fun practicing our Italian the week we stayed. Would definitely return and recommend to anyone.

We’ve been coming to Italy every year for the last twenty years, but this was unlike any other self-catering place we’ve stayed. Casale Amerina is a beautifully renovated farmhouse overlooking some truly spectacular Umbrian scenery. Everything was immaculately clean. The beds have great pillows and linen. The bathroom is particularly impressive, with generous fluffy towels. The kitchen is kitted out with quality equipment that takes the stress out of cooking in an unfamiliar kitchen. Thoughtfully, fresh fruit, olive oil and local wine had been left for us. It felt more like staying in a much-loved family home rather than just another holiday let. Communication with Matt was excellent. He was highly responsive and his instructions for finding the house and letting ourselves in could not have been clearer. We particularly valued his recommendations for countryside walks. Also greatly appreciated were his tips for off-the-beaten-track restaurants. The whole family loved it and we will certainly come back.
