All of our clients had problems in there rooms.
All of our clients had problems in there rooms. We booked 1 sea- view, ( which was exceptional) and 5 ( garden view )
but got at the end on arrival only 1 sea view and terrible parkingarea view rooms... no garden view?? . All of the back rooms had issues: either bathroom lights not working,, TV volume control not working, generally those rooms needs revamp, especially the bathrooms needs urgent revamps. Especially room-7 you could hear everything happening in the kitchen.

Love the scenery, the landscape, and the very family-friendly atmosphere. It has a feel of Phuket, Thailand, with tropical vegetations and the roads up and down the hills. Recommend staying in the Salt Rock area at the Salt Rock Hotel: best food/drinks, service, and fantastic view of the Indian Ocean. We would definitely return to Ballito, Salt Rock area whenever we get a chance!

We liked the location of the facility.
We liked the location of the facility. It was close to stores and right next to the beach. Everything at the facility was very good. One can exercise a lot just walking up and down the stairs. Walking along the beach was great. There were many restaurants nearby.
The exceptional servuce from the staff. Snethemba has great customer service. The facilities are clean. This was a great value for out money. We truly enjoyed our stay even the environment is kids friend. We will surelh visit again as a family or just as a couple 👏👏👏👏❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Thank you so much may God bless the hosts and staff from Hampshire Hotel🙏
The dinner at Fireroom was really disappointing ,really below standard Sushi and Thai food, this really put us of from having breakfast the next day at the hotel.I doubt that we will visit Zimbali again anytime soon,no matter how great the accommodation is/the food is what draws people and sadly Zimbali the standard of your food is really poor.
I left my pair of shorts in the room when I checked out on the 9th. I went back on the 1st of May to check if they had been found and yes, they were neatly packed away and labelled with my name. I was ecstatic! My faith in humanity was restored, they were a gift from my niece. Thank you to the professional hotel staff. 🤗
The owner was very nice and friendly, we only communicated telephonically but she was always there when we needed assisted relating to our stay there. View from the apartment is one of the best. The location of the suite is so perfect, it is right next to the Capital hotel where restaurants and other facilities are.
9 Pin is nestled in the heart of Ballito [Zimbali], surrounded by picturesque lush greenery. Its secluded yet accessible location offers a perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. The security 100%. The service by booking.com 100%. A big thank you to Dominique Godfrey from RNR, excellent service.
The hotel is a little tired, there are renovations taking place but it more than made up for this with the following:
Amazing staff, so pleasant and went the extra mile for us
The food - incredibly good, there was not a meal we did not enjoy
Cleanliness - no problems encountered
The place is in a quiet a quiet cul-de sac and exceptionally placed. It is homely since it is different from a regular Hotel. We loved the ambience that is conducive to Family set ups. I was there with my 3 brothers and our spouses, including our daughter. it was magic.
It was close to the Capital hotel and it has a shuttle to take you to some places inside Zimbali. The partial sea view was a bonus. A balcony, we enjoyed staying in the balcony and just looking at the pool, the ocean and the monkeys.
The room was tiny, not even qualifying for a 1-star hotel. We immediately cancelled the bookings on check-in and found an alternative accommodation. I think the grading SA has to review their grade because it is currently deceiving.
The hotel is beautiful. The staff is absolutely amazing. The breakfast is the absolute best! Our day at the Simbiosis spa was nothing short of exceptional. Was the best hotel stay ever!!
Location is spot on. Close to a variety of restaurants, and Spar plus the beach is right there too. It's affordable accommodation in the right location with what you need
Perfect Location in Ballito. Beautiful Ocean views from the room I booked. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I am definitely booking again.
I didn't get my refund because the rooms that I was booked for already been fully booked then I decided to get another place to sleep in another hotel.
