Very clean with an up-scale vibe, felt like a place that would have cost more than we got it for.

The front desk attendant Kristen’s personality was so bubbly and great it never changed even when I seen her overwhelmed the other staff that I came across was very helpful and last but not least the facility was clean.

The price was great, the rooms were clean and the staff outstanding. I was impressed with the property. I searched on line and read the reviews. The reviews encouraged me to book and I wasn't disappointed. I just wish the LivInn brand was in more locations.
The location was perfect because I attended events downtown and it was only 24 minute drive with little traffic both ways.

Use well known booking sites.
Use well known booking sites. It's not worth saving a few dollars to have a site that won't stand behind their services or book you at a place that the crime rate is not a place you would knowing book.

I was very satisfied with the pricing and the room plus its location. There really isn't anything I can say bad about this place. It was my very first time staying at a Sonesta but now I will actively look for a Sonesta when I am traveling. the value for what you get is simply great. I would just hope they all have the same quality and welcoming experience I had at this one in Sharonville.

We didn't do a lot in Sharonville but used it as a hub to plan our activities. It was convenient to all of the Cincinnati area. We were on a quest to try several chili parlors, comic book stores, Union Station, and arcades. With the help of GPS we were able to get to everywhere we wanted to go and return to the hotel without issues.

The staff was friendly, welcoming and we were treated like family. Building was clean and updated. Breakfast was a wonderful full breakfast. Food was delicious and was maintained efficiently. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to family and friends.
The room was filthy…towels in the bathtub, handprints/fingerprints in the bathroom doors in both rooms as well as the door that was between the two rooms (we had a king delux). If there were other hotels in the area with availability, we would have left after seeing the rooms but we were in town for a soccer tournament and had no other options.
We were there for my granddaughter's dance competition. The Hyatt Place was very close to the auditorium where the competition was taking place. The breakfest was good and hot. It was better than most hotels I have stayed. The rooms were big and roomy. The beds were very comfortable.
I love to stay in this hotel while I’m in Cincinnati.
Clean and comfortable rooms and property, kitchen with everything you need, very comfortable beds and great staff.
Quite location close to highway so it’s quick to get anywhere.
I did not eat breakfast. We loved the pool. It’s tough to find an outdoor pool at a hotel these days. We liked having a separate bedroom and kitchen. Carl, who checked us in, did a SUPER job!
I almost always stay at this location when I’m booking a hotel. I’ve never had an issue before this stay. I don’t know if there’s a new owner but the location doesn’t look as clean as it use to.
There was roaches everywhere I was literally discussed. No soap no toilet paper or soap in the room. Never been to a hotel who didn't have toilet paper had to go by those things myself
The room was spacious and quiet. Loved having a sitting area. Staff were friendly . Bed was comfy. The breakfast was wonderful compared to most hotels. The price was very good.
The hotel was right off the interstate and it was around 25 minutes to downtown Cincinnati and 15 minutes to Jungle Jims. The hotel also had a nice, large bathroom.
The grass outside leading up to the hotel. Not the properties grass, but the other properties grass leading up until you saw the brown stained grass of this hotel.
Breakfast was the highlight of this hotel. Location is great but since they do not have cleaning staff to clean rooms during the stay, it was super bad.
