It is not my first time to stay in this lovely hotel . It maintained the superior and fascinating attitude. This time I was unhappy on check in that I got the room on opposite side of the mountain but next morning I loved that room and I was so happy to get the room that face the sun rise with beautiful view of the green mountains . It seems that the size of the room is bigger than other rooms those looks to the mountain . What attract my attention that the staff will help you to carry what ever you carry in your hand from shopping mall and delivered to your room with smiling face as if you are in Asia . I did not noticed this behavior in another hotels in Istanbul

A bustling city that never sleeps! Plenty of things to see and do for all age groups. Particularly enjoyed the breakfast cruise on the Bosphorus. Plenty of fast/street food outlets but traditional Turkish restaurants need searching for. Travelling around the city is easy on the tram but beware of taxis as they can overcharge tourists a lot.

I love the city. I visit it frequently.
I love the city. I visit it frequently. It has everything you may think of in one place. It is traditional yet very modernized. I can't say enough about the delicious Turkish cuisine. It is full of sightseeing, parks, and shopping centres. It has an amazing nightlife too. But I would avoid it during Ramadan because there is not much happening during this month, especially the nightlife.

We love Istanbul but it’s too expensive compared to 2 years...
We love Istanbul but it’s too expensive compared to 2 years previous prices are more than 3 times eg dinner a 1 course a beer and Iran was almost 40 we did then go to the pudding shop and the cost was 24£ it was the only place we could find reasonable but basically it was chicken and potatoes a slice of green and red pepper and 1/4 tomato. To visit any attraction was at least £20 each luckily we have visited previous 3 times and saw them either free or very minimal cost £5. The
Cakes you see were 400turkish lira - £10

A beautiful place to visit on a sunny, breezy day.
A beautiful place to visit on a sunny, breezy day. Take a boat ride on Bosphorus or take a tram to go around town. By the way, trams are excellent in taking you around the city - and very, very cheap. The town is steeped in history. You will see the signs of its grand past all over. People are very friendly and smiling. It was our third trip and we will go back soon.

- Topkapi Palace : to be done but expensive for what it is.
- Topkapi Palace : to be done but expensive for what it is. The Harem is the best place
- Blue Mosquee : beautiful and free
- Grand Bazar / Spice Bazar : just to feel the atmosphere, not to buy something
- Hammam : the must of the trip, with scrub, foam & oil massage
- Princess Islands (the last one) : beautiful, like if you are in a seaside resort + an icecream of course !
- Bosphorus cruise but only if you didn't take the boat for Princess Islands
- Fatih, Balat & Fener with colored houses
- Citerne Basilique : too expensive for what is it, in 15 minutes, you make the tour
- Basilique Sainte Sophie : not done
+++ : The restaurants and also a fish sandwich on Eminonu !
It was a mixed bag of feelings. On the good side, there is certainly an air of high class five start hotel with history. The location and the Bosphorus view (if your room has one) are surely an advantage. The personnel are well trained to provide the service. I would especially like to compliment the concierge service. The were as a rule very helpful with finding and booking the best Istanbul restaurants and then with further support in WhatsApp chat.
But there were cases when this didn't quite work out - to be mentioned further.
We had a wonderful stay here! We received a room upgrade, which really made our stay. The room was fantastic and had a wonderful bathroom/balcony, which were extremely spacious. The spa was lovely, the staff were very helpful and the hotel was very clean and modern. Would definitely recommend for anyone staying in Istanbul. There was a free shuttle available which needs pre booking, however we were happy to pay for a taxi to Taksim square, which was only a few euros. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to family/friends!
We had an amazing time at this hotel. The location is very good, very close to Taksim square but in a quiet alley and the hotel is a very good choice for your stay in Istanbul. The room was very comfortable and clean and we had cleaning service every day. Breakfast was very tasty with small variations every day and the staff was very friendly, helping us with everything we needed. Especially Murat was the best host! Everyone was very kind and helpful and I totally recommend this place! We will be back for sure.
The location was perfect and strategic. 3-5minutes walk to Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. 10minutes walk to Sultanahmet tram station.
The breakfast floor has spectacular view (hagia sophia and blu mosque). Breakfast spread was good.
The bed was comfy, water pressure was good and the heater works well.
The owner was friendly and help us to book bosphorus cruise and activate our istanbul kart since we didnt know how to do it.
Definitely one of the best hotel during our trip!
Location is exceptional, it's in taksim square and at the same time we didn't hear much noise.
Different kinds of transportation is available and so close.
Aras was very helpful and kind and let us extend our stay and changed our room to a double room which was perfect and had everything we needed
The room was spacious unlike a lot of hotels with the same budget.
Totally recommened if you want to be in the middle of Istanbul on a budget and enjoy your stay in a nice place.
I enjoyed my short stay between the flights at Taksim Story Residence and I would love to stay another 2-3 nights next time when I come to Istanbul.
It’s a great value for money. I had a room on first floor it was clean and good new facilities. The hotel is within 10 min walk to the Havaist bus stop (airport shuttle) and the Taksim square.
Also want to mention other that impressed me: the heating, excellent hot water pressure in shower and nice friendly staff.
A great little hotel in Sultanahmet within 5 minutes walk Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque.
The hospitality of the staff is excellent, very friendly and attentive. They are happy to book your airport transfers and help with suggestions and bookings. Breakfast is excellent - a good selection of continental/Turkish style buffet, with a selection of cooked options. Would definitely stay again if we return to Istanbul.
The best 5 stars hotel in Istanbul with exclusive prices.
when I booked a room it was written in booking that breakfast is included when I reserved booking the confirmation email didn’t include breakfast, so they gave me 4 days free breakfast voucher.
Taxi services for the airport is cheep and easy.
Delicious breakfast, deluxe rooms, amazing spa & finally fantastic environment.
I’ve been there also in summer 2011
One of the best hotel in Istanbul where I stayed. Great location near Stiklal street and Taksim square and park. Also you can visit Galat tower and Dolchebache palace by walking.
The room is entire flat with many amenities.
The view from windows was awesome.
We had a good night sleep.
Friendly and kind receptionist.
Good price.
Ten minutes walk and you on Havis bus stop. From it you can ride to the airports.
We were in a privilege room, the room was amazing, spacious, with nice city views. The hotel has great facilities, enjoyed the free sauna, gym and swimming pool. They also have massage service for a fee, but we didn't try it. We stayed at 3 different hotels in Istanbul, and for all the 3, Uranus serves the best 5 star buffet breakfast with a lot of options. I will book with them again.
The best part about staying at Grand Naki was the location. There were moscs and trams nearby, so it was a great choice since we did not want to take any taxis. The hotel also provided us with affordable taxis for the airport rides.
They also had services for a boat tour on Bosphorus for a reasonable price, so again, it is a good choice if you want to enjoy istanbul in a short time.
The breakfast was good and there was a variety to choose from compared to the same level hotels in Istanbul, The restaurant manager was a very nice person, also the staff at the reception and the lobby were so friendly and helpful. There is a free shuttle to drop you at nearby Osmanbey or Taksim square, as it is difficult to reach their walking because it is like going up hill.
the hotel is in the best location of Taksim square, the room is great, the owners are very nice people willing to help you in everything.
there is a washing machine to wash clothes.
breakfast amazing.
I will definitely go again on my next trip to Istanbul.
thank you very much for everything 🙏
I liked everything about the hotel, staff Polina Mustafa and ibrahim were the best they were kind a polite and very helpful i recommend everyone who is traveling to Istanbul to book there as its in a great location 5 mins walk away from istiklal street and taksim square and metro

I like location of the hotel there’s located in Taksim square and easy to go everywhere beside their staff is so helpful and so kind. I’m mostly stay in this hotel when I visited Istanbul. AsI mention before the location is perfect !
The location was super,2mins from istiklal road and 5min from Galata tour and 10mins to taksim square.I would like to thank Redha and Younis for their great help.
