The location was great, close to the beach and restaurants. Having a private car park was ideal as we were always assured of a safe parking spot no matter what time we came home. It is a place where new and beautiful buildings and places are alternating the old and not that well maintained. You can stay there for quite a long time but it is definitely recommended to have a vehicle to explore the surroundings.

The property at first view appears nice but has a serious problem with black mold, sewer flies, ants and cocoarches. I was born in this home and excited to be back there after 30 years, but spent most of my time sick, the location is horrible, you can't sleep at night due to the neighboring dogs barking and the next door neighbors start construction early in the morning with no regard for anyone. I was so excited to bring my husband to my first home and my country after so long and he spent most of his time caring for me. It was the worst "vacation" I had.AAnonymous
