What an incredible city to visit, the people are warm and welcoming, Ramallah is a vibrant city with lots to see, particular highlight was the Yasser Arafat museum. The food is delicious and there are many restaurants and places to eat. 10/10 for the experience

Ramallah people said why do you want to go there it's a horrible war zone. How wrong they were ! . We felt safe and welcome everywhere we went. Groups of youths messing around on street corners at night, we walked straight through them no bad comments just hello and smiles. You don't get that in my home town. Go to Palistine you will be pleasantly surprised

I was in Ramallah for two nights, quivalent to three days. I was travelling alone, so this amount was just right, but if i had travelled with friends i could have stayed more days. It's the cultural centre of the West Bank, with opportunities for theatres, concerts, bars, muesums, art and delicious food. Also if you're on a study trip or travelling for "less touristic" purposes it's a great city to talk to people, and many organizations have their offices here, including the PA. Have to add that i'm a woman in early 20s travelling alone, but never felt unsafe here. Palestinian people are very helpful and welcoming!!

Difficult to get around if you go at the weekend (Friday specifically) and a pain to get to Bethlehem and Hebron. There’s not that much to see at all in Ramallah other than night life, so not the greatest base for Palestine.

Ramallah is a great city! Bustling, full of life.
Ramallah is a great city! Bustling, full of life. A great place to base yourself when exploring Palestine. There are lots of shops, markets, coffee shops, restaurants and bars. It’s easy to get around by foot or taxi.
A hassle-free stay. I stayed on a 4th floor (the reception desk in situated on the 3rd) and only dealt with a reception clerk upon checking in and out. As others have mentioned, the hotel is located in a shopping mall, so it might time to figure out where it actually is. Look for a huge Coke sign, and you'll get there easily. It was all a smooth process to check in; no complaints whatsover. Like the big window overlooking a high street and the towels provided. Cleanliness could be approved, but yeah... whatever.
I didn't expect it to be so great! I had never slept in such comfy beds in a hostel. The rooms are really more like a nice hotel's rooms, very clean, air-conditioning, nice bathrooms, etc. The common spaces (kitchen and beautiful sitting rooms) were perfect as well.
The staff is super nice and the location is great (a few minutes walk from the main street).
We loved it so much that we decided to stay for longer than planned.
I loved my stay in Ramallah! The location was really great for getting to the city center, there were lots of restaurants around the area, and the property gate and code helped me feel really safe. Also, I got sick during my trip (entirely my fault out of the hostel's control) but the property managers were so kind to me, making every effort to accommodate me and make me feel comfortable. Amazing service.
My friend and I went to this fantastic house, comfortable, clean and close to the old city and the best attractions in Ramallah. We completely fell in love with Palestine, thanks to the help of Mohammad, who brought us around and introduced us to his friends who shared the history of Palestine and helped us understand the country.
Farah Locanda is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. We received the warmest of welcomes and the hospitality we were shown by all the staff was magnificent. The food was incredible. The property and views are stunning and walking distance a vibrant city centre. I would recommend Farah Locanda to anyone visiting Ramallah.
The terrace (veranda) on the 8/9th floors for each room with cozy chairs was good, it is not found in the other hotel. The cleanness of the rooms was better than other 4/5 stars in Ramallah. The cars can access -2 floor and come out, so I don't have to walk to find my driver on the street.
Great historic room and a great "boutique" hotel, very comfortable and clean.
Great location midtown, yet very quiet.
Hosts were super in every way possible. You are welcomed into the hotel by the owners themselves.
No doubt I will stay in the same hotel on my future visits to Ramallah.
It’s a very big and nice apartment. People are so kind, I spend a really good time in Ramallah with them. they have introduced me to the city and told me a really good stories about history, culture and current situation in Palestine.
I would surely book here again next time in Ramallah
The staff was friendly and helpful, although their English wasn't great.
The breakfast was tasty; some days there was a buffet, and on other days they served the breakfast and drinks.
The hotel is relatively close to the shopping streets and within walking distance.
This place is amazing. Sparkling clean, high-end rooms, amazing international stuff and the local managers who will take you and become friends with you, welcome you and make you feel home in Ramallah
I visited Ramallah in a complex situation, but the staff was tremendous and supportive. I liked those young gentlemen and ladies who tried their best to make my stay as good as they could.
Breakfast was great; hotel centrally located and close to all major attractions, quiet and peaceful rooms that are relatively spacious and well furnished.
