The apartment was very spacious and clean with excellent facilities. It was newly decorated and modern. It was a 15 minute walk from the sky lift and there was a shop and cafe 5 minutes walk away. The scenery was incredible.

Such a nice place to stay! Very friendly atmosphere, perfect cleanliness everywhere, comfy common spaces, beautiful garden, small but cozy rooms. It was our first experience of staying in accommodation with shared bathroom and kitchen, I was a bit worried if it would be convenient, but my worries were absolutely groundless. To be honest, I would rate this place higher than some 4 star hotels during our trip.

Stryn house was exactly as described. It was located in a quiet road with a 10min walk into the village and shops. It was a 5mins walk to the river and from there you can hike up though the woods following the beauituful river. The house was clean with super comfortable beds ( best beds we have ever slept in while traveling in Norway) lovely relaxing furniture with a nice terrace and had everything we needed in the kitchen. It included a car parking space right outside. Clear and concise directions on how to find the place. We had a wonderful relaxing weekend in Stryn and enjoyed Loen too.

We got the economy cottage with shared bathroom. The number one thing for us here was the setting and the view- you're right on the fjord, there is a stream nearby so you can hear the water, you're surrounded by the mountains- we spent ages just looking out the window, watching how it changed with the light and the weather. The double bed was small but comfortable and the cottage was cutely decorated. Cleanliness level was great. Also a mirror in the room which is a nice extra!
Surrounded by mountains and forests on the shore of Lake Stynevatnet, guests at Mindresunde Camping are just 50 minutes’ drive from Hellesylt and world famous Geirangerfjord.

My adult daughters and I were visiting Norway and planned to drive from Bergen to Alesund. We chose the Loen because it was about half way between each city. We spent two nights at the Loen. The beds were comfortable. Food was very good considering my kids are vegetarian. Desert table was amazing. Spa area was lovely, relaxing and we spent a few hours just lounging in the waters - showere, sauna, steam, cold plunge, whirlpool etc. Pools were also fun. We also went hiking in the area. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would recommend it to anyone traveling in the area.
