Roica was friendly and helpful and his English was excellent. His wife was also very pleasant and friendly. The location is perfect right on a beautiful sandy beach. The chef was excellent and the food was good.

We planned to stay atAurora lodge for one night but ended up staying for three, and the trip felt like a little excursion to paradise - I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Sainte Marie! From the arrival throughout our stay, Karen and her tam have been welcoming, friendly and helpful in organising any activities. The food in the restaurant is delicious - and both vegetarian and gluten-free friendly, which is not easy to come by! Lastly, the rooms are comfortable and clean; with an incredible view of the beach and ocean just outside.
Analatsara Eco Lodge offers accommodation in Ile aux Nattes. There is a water park on site and guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant and bar.

The location is spectacular, the staff are all so helpful and nice. The woman manager went above and beyond to organise tours or transport and help us enjoy our stay. The ability to see whales from the terrace was magical.
The food is excellent with an extensive lunch and dinner menu.
Room was large and comfortable, anti mosquito plugins and sensible nets were standard.
The hotel has a group of giant tortoises as well which were fun to see.
Hotel ECOLODGE LE RAVORAHA offers beachfront accommodation. This lodge has an infinity pool with waterfall overlooking its private white-sand beach.

I stayed in the treehouse which was a magical set up.
You have your own little beach area with loungers which is great to have.
It's a perfect location if you are flying as it's right beside the airport.
If arriving by boat it's a bit away and you'll need a tuk tuk for 25k.
The snack food is nice that I tried.

The snorkeling is fabulous just out the front of the resort off shore. So much to see and very little urchins. Make sure to bring your own snorkel as the resort did not have any (currently broken).
There was one lady staff member (apologies I didn't get her name) but she was so helpful on reception/breakfast? Very happy to help and helped me arrange my issues with the ferry company to leave the island. She spoke a little English., Enough to understand and very friendly.

Lakana hotel is one of the best choice you can choose on Sainte-Marie island. Location is beautiful. You can reserve bungalow on the tilt or in the garden (I had). The beach is cleaned everyday. The food is mostly local with a lot of fruits and it is very delicious. Bungalows are cozy and clean. Madam Rova (manager) is simply fantastic. She solved all my troubles with a transfer back to the mainland. Thanks again to all Lakana team. The only bad think is that one day you must leave, but I’ll be back soon :-)

The location of itself was ok but not exactly beach front. The road to get to the property is in a very bad state..
