This beautiful property and accomodation would suit visitors seeking tranquility, beauty and a delicious, healthy chemical-free authentic Sri Lankan Cuisine. Surrounded by beautiful rice (paddy) fields and peacocks strolling around, the whole property is tranquil, restful, with a beautifully appointed and well kept garden that lives in harmony with its surrounds. Run by a wonderful family, who did so much to ensure we were happy, satisfied, and organised transport as well as safari for us. in spite of tricky logistics due to being holiday period. It accomodates Sri Lankan as well as international visitors, which is wonderful as I am Sri Lankan living abroad, and it was great to have good conversations with other Sri Lankans. We had a very enjoyable stay here. Room had everything we needed and was very clean.
Dinner was good, there aren't really any restaurants in a 10-15km radius so this was a good solution for us. Arranged the safari for us as well.

This is a family run guest house where the proprietor cannot do enough for you. From arranging our airport transfer to our Wilpattu safari to a great driver for the next portion of our trip to doing our laundry to even trying to get us black market reserved train tickets, no request was too difficult.
