Air condition did not function, this was the second time we stayed at this hotel that happened. We opened the window all night unfortunately this were loud people drinking in the pool area two floors below until midnight. This the evening of April 30. We plan to stay twice more this year in October.

The staff at this hotel were great. Also, the location of the hotel is great for being on foot in Florence. I was able to walk to the hotel from the train station (about 15 - 20 minutes), and the Duomo is just a few minutes' walk from the hotel.
