Staff - especially the hotel manager, the manager of the dining room and a young blonde waitress that I think was named Oloney - went beyond expectations to make our visit extraordinary. They helped us to arrange for a private area for us to meet with some of our Irish family. I believe that the hotel made a decent profit on the food and bar charges and that our family had a wonderful evening. Staff at the reception desk also very helpful.
Set in 8.7 mi from New Ross and 12 mi from Enniscorthy, The Crossroads B&B provides accommodations with free WiFi and a garden. A continental breakfast is served each morning at the property.

Breakfasts were wonderful! Proper Irish: 2 or 3 strips of bacon, sausage, perfect eggs, cereal, with several kinds of home made bread, and several kinds of home made jams to enjoy, AND at your convenience -- simply call 20m before.
The location is perfect, 30 min to Kilkenny, and 30 minutes to Waterford. Even Midleton @90min is somewhat convenient as it's just an hour past Waterford which begs for proper breakfast here, then lunch in Midleton, and dinner in Waterford -- eat at Jack Meades, and take the ferry across and continue to Wexford)!
See the Cairn, climb Brandon Hill and take in the distant views of most of mid-south Ireland!
Sitting on the banks of the River Suir, the Waterford Marina Hotel is 984 feet from Waterford Crystal. It offers a riverside restaurant, rooms with free Wi-Fi and free on-site parking.
A haven of relaxation, this contemporary hotel and leisure center is located on the outskirts of Waterford city center and just 15 minutes away from Waterford Airport.

Our main reason for visiting New Ross was to catch up with family friends. We drove down from Dublin Airport and they met us at Brandon House for dinner. We left for Dublin the next morning. Next time we will stay longer!

Beautiful countryside, plenty of amazing walks and sites close by. Everything you want is within 30-40mins drive or closer.
Strawberry picking, beach, bigger town, wood walks, river walks, mountains. Literally, anything you would like to do is within an easy drive.

New Ross is a beautifully quaint town that sits on the River Barrow. Some of the streets can be steep at times but it is well worth a stroll with dozens of various small shops on the east bank that one doesn't see anymore in Ireland. Interesting heritage markers also exist throughout, it is obvious that the town makes a rewarding effort. Try to have a great pint of Guinness in the non pretentious bar "The Rag"

We visit Family in New Ross.
We visit Family in New Ross. I am not sure it’s a town that you would want to vacation in although it’s not a bad base to get around to other places if you’re driving.
I don’t think there’s enough to see in New Ross for an entire holiday. You could probably see what it has to offer in a day!

The rooms were very nice but had an issue with staying cool.
The rooms were very nice but had an issue with staying cool. Normally you wouldn't need A/C but went during a heatwave and couldn't get comfortable. The windows barely open and they don't have any fans to provide any relief. Wasn't much for breakfast, no hot food. Dinner was very good. Great location and convenient parking.

Nice town and easy to get around .
Nice town and easy to get around .People in town friendly and very helpful.Nice relaxed atmosphere in the town. The shops are nice and well laid out with good stock for a town its size.Business People are making a good effort to attract customers. We all need each other now and hopefully locals as we as visitors will spend a bit extra this year in the local economy and stay off the online shopping for a while.Loyalty is hugely important now.New Ross has the goods and just needs the necessary support all round

Bridget and her son Mark were exceptional hosts. The breakfast and breakfast room combined with Bridget's hospitality took our experience to the next level. We loved chatting with her and learning about the history of Inishross House. As our first introduction to any B&B, she set the bar incredibly high. We really, really feel like we discovered a gem and would absolutely recommend Inishross House to anyone traveling in the Waterford area.
The property is located on a country residence with fields, horses, and trees surrounding it - a beautiful country setting. Lisa, the host, and her lovely family were very welcoming and friendly. They immediately made us feel at home. Mannion’s Pub and fruit market is just a short walk down the road. New Ross town is just a short drive away.
Iocation is good for either wexford or Waterford, new ross is nice but not a whole lot to do, staff were all amazing in hotel, not open long so few things need to be improved on, weather was extremely hot so room was stifling only downside, food was lovely only could do with few more options on menu and cater for celiacs
Bridget and Mark were exceptional hosts, they were extremely warm and caring and offered assistance with bags, car parking, restaurants- all that we could ask for from hosts. The rooms were very comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was a highlight.
I was in New Ross for work purposes. I came across this place and decided to extend the stay so I can go and spend more time in Co. Wexford. I am glad I did and that I came across this gem of a place. Such an idyllic place and location.
property was in a fantastic location, not far from the Main Street in new Ross, excellently equipped, the host was absolutely fantastic , communication was excellent and was really flexible, fabulous courtyard and gardens too.
The area is beautiful, the people were lovely wherever we went. A nice central place to use as a base. We went all over the place. Waterford, Cork, Dublin, kilkenny to name a few. New Ross was our dining room. Lovely.
Perfect accommodation! Margaret was such a lovely host! Loved the beautifully decorated cabin and the location being so close to New Ross. Would 110% recommend this place!!
We had an excellent stay in Brendan House. It has such a homely feel to it. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the location of the hotel is great.
