The accommodation is clean and tidy. The location is excellent. beautiful area and in the immediate vicinity of Austria. The hostess is a wonderful lady, very responsive, and ready to answer any request. Parking is in the yard, so it is safe. Kudos for hygiene.

The breakfast was very good, fresh food fresh bread and also the choice of drinks. We were very satisfied with the bfast. Also they were okay serving us early breakfast because of the kids.
The location was great and the stay was serene with all the trees and quiteness! We traveled with 2 kids therefore having a garden was a plus for us.
The hosts were very kind, I asked for extra coffee for the breakfast and they did not only give more capsules but also brought freshly brewed coffee. The were super helpful whenever needed but also they did not appear without notice. We had a nice stay and would definitely go back!

This is an elegant hotel from a bygone era, but the facilities and the service are everything you would expect from a modern hotel. My room was large and beautifully furnished, the delicious buffet breakfast is served in a banquet room with fancy furniture and crystal chandeliers. All of that, and the price I paid for the room was so reasonable! I kept sending pictures to my friends and family saying, "Can you believe I'm getting ALL THIS for THIS MUCH money?

The bicycle rental is unproblematic (you can pay not only in HUF but also in euros). The bicycle paths to nearby locations in Hungary (Sopron, Balf, Kópháza) and Austria (Mörbisch, St. Margarethen, Rust, Oslip) are very convenient.
The location is also good for business travelers witha car: if you have some business to do in Sopron or Eisenstadt.

We didn't know there is no access to the lake due to construction works. We stayed just for one evening which was , therefore, just enough. There are several restaurants where you can get good food.
