I enjoyed the view, the furniture, the accomodations.
The house had good facilities for the kitchen, living room, and bedrooms were spacious.
Our apartment was on floor +2. It had two balconies: one facing the sea and offering a beautiful sea view, the other offering a beautiful view of the mountains.
There was a barbecue grill that allowed us to cook our dinner.

The host gives us couple of free stuff, like wine, olive oil, fruits, palinka. And there was a washing machine that was very useful to not go home with three full load of wash.

There are many beautiful beaches in the vicinity, you can be on a different beach every day. Nin is a beautiful historical town where salt is mined, which I also recommend visiting. Nearby is the royal winery, where they offer excellent wine. You can also visit the museum in Nina.

Nin is a beautiful place to stay.
Nin is a beautiful place to stay. Friendly locals, stunning beaches, swallow waters in the lagoons making it particularly save for young families. Plenty of restaurants and gift stops. hire an e-bike - its great fun. I would definitely return.

A beautiful little town located on an island in a lagoon.
A beautiful little town located on an island in a lagoon. Without crowds and excess of tacky souvenirs. Beautifully restored historic defensive walls, entrance gates and bridges. Very clean, quiet, lots of nice restaurants.

A normal Croatian city :)
A great Old City of Nin !
Not a big space / area for the Old City but a lot to visit, see, picture etc.
Park where you can pay by card, is easier and is just in front of the main City gate / entrance.
Really really deserve your visit !

Very beautiful small town full of history.
Very beautiful small town full of history. It has nice sunset. The beaches are small and quiet. Have space for your own sunbeds. Kraljichina plaza is very nice, shallow and warm water. Vrsi Mulo beach as very beautiful. Check the sunset from there. Nin is very oold, even before the Roman empire. Check the remains even in the side streets. And if you like ice cream, get it from Grgur , across the church . The place is definetelly worth seeing.

Nin is a small town, better to call it village.
Nin is a small town, better to call it village. Is ok to visit one day then go as much as you can far away from it. We didn't like the beaches near, were very dirty, the water not very clean. The Croatians request a lot of taxes for any parking place.
This house is amazing. The pool is stunning and the old house beside it is a real surpruse with a full barbeque and dining area it is so amazing. The beds were very comfortable. The house is well stocked with anything you need for a self caterig stay. The supermarket and bakery are less than 2.mi utes walk. Anita is the host and is so helpful and friendly. She lives in the same building but never bothers you unless you need her. The town of Nin is beautiful and only a short walk from the house. Highly reccomend this house for a holiday
Very modern, clean and spacious property. Comfortable lounge and bedrooms. Large shower downstairs. Big corner bath upstairs, did not use as prefer showers.
Plenty of towels. Washing machine with soap powder provided.
Nice seating area with table and chairs for alfresco dining outside.
Quick walk to the bridge at Nin.
Owner, very nice guy, quick to respond to messages. Even contacted us one night when it was very windy and offered to bring over blankets if we needed them. Would certainly recommend his property.
It was really close to Queen beach and the hosts were awesome. They left prosciutto, cheese, tomatoes, local beer and bread for us. The walk was outside the hotel and takes you right into town along the ocean within 5-7 minutes walking. Plenty of close by restaurants and local market. Place was really clean, comfortable and AC was really great. Would definitely come back to this beautiful area. We wanted to stay an extra night but unfortunately all of their apartments were booked.
Matilda is the best owner of Croatia 😍 she was so nice and kind to us, hospitality beyond perfect! She changed towels in the midst of our stay. The apartment was clean and tidy with an extremely well-equipped kitchen. Nice terrace with a view to the sea, nice garden and private parking place. Nin old town is about 20 min walking distance and a beautiful hidden treasure of the coastal area. I highly recommend it and we”ll go back in the future, this is for sure!
Nice owner lives behind the wall in the same building but a separate flat. The apartment consists of pretty big bedroom with all needed furnitures, a kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub. It is not the top modern but has everything you need to have a nice stay for few days. Beach is like 10-15 mins of walk distance. There is also small market less than 5 mins by car, but no restaurant around, only in the center or Nin. The apartment is located in calm, quiet area.
Perfect location - sandy beaches with all amenities literally in front of the place, huge potential for various water sports, proximity of Nin center with plethora of restaurants and sights.
Beautiful terrace - roof+natural sun shade, close to the beach - felt like we were camping, used to store our kayak and other equipment.
Wasn't that important to us, but beaches nearby are extreemly friendly for families with younger children.
House is so close to the gorgeous Queen’s beach in Nin. Brand new beautifully designed and furnished home. we were very comfortable and happy. Host is super friendly with a great personality, very responsive and the best host. He was so attentive and spoiled us with a grilled seafood dinner and home made olive oil, cured meats that was delicious.
- Perfect location few minutes walk to the Queens Beach of Nin, which also has the famous healing mud nearby.
- Even closer than beach you will find several supermarkets, stands with fresh fruit, and local bakery. Cards usually accepted, save for the fruit stands.
- Very nice view of the lagoon from balcony, with mountain range behind it.
Realy nice apartment in Nin, fully equiped and featuring big balcony and private upper terrace with beautiful view. Cold welcome drinks in the fridge and nice owner ready to help or advice rounded the excellent impression. 2 reserved parking slots, Plodine supermarket 3 minutes walking distance, Nin centre 5 minutes, Queens Beach 10 minutes.
It's a beach front resort so if you're a fan of the beach it's right there in front of you. It's not too far from a small town called Nin although it's not walking distance but a short car ride away. There's plenty to do for kids so if you're traveling with kids they'll be spoilt for choice but lack of adult activities or amenities.
We really liked that the beach was a 2 minutes walk from the accommodation. Room was clean and had everything what we needed. Calm atmosphere. There is one nearby restaurant which we enjoyed a lot. We got some tea and coffee upon arrival, also breakfast the next morning and really appreciated the service.
Wonderful apartments - elegant, clean, spacious and came equipped with everything needed. Host was welcoming and very responsive. The house is quick drive from Nin and 20 minutes from Zadar, so excellent for a quick sightseeing trip. Our family had lovely time and enjoyed the accommodations.
Lots of extra activities available for kids to enjoy (small amusement parks, cars, mini golf grounds, mini disco and shows in theater each evening).
Nice pool complex, large sandy beaches (more suitable for kids or non-swimmers as it is shallow all the way), lots of bars and restaurants.
Fantastic location 10 minute walk from Queen's beach with sand and warm shallow water, safe for children and great for swimming. Apartment has lovely shaded outdoor terrace area for midday/evenings and good sized pool. Very good value. Owner was very friendly and helpful.
The apartmán is located at probably best place around. It's only across the the street to a send beach and the balcony had nice sea view. Few steps away is a huge place for babies and children - like a mini lake, with shallow and warm water from the morning.
Great location for the beach and visiting Nin's centre.
Excellent air con and very clean all through the apartment when we arrived.
Lots of space in the living room and bedrooms and good facilities in the bathroom and kitchen.
The best localization ever, 50 meters from the old Town Nin. Shopes, pekary, restaurants and bars very close, like downstairs.
Apartament was big with high ceiling and very comfortable, with all You need for vacation.
