The apartments are five meters from the beach. There are common areas where you can enjoy you breakfast/lunch avoiding the sun during noon times. On the back side there a garden which provides cool air, it is better to have a mosquito repellent.
Also they have re-innovated the bathrooms and they are like brand new with minimal design.

This mansion was built two hundred years ago by a wealthy ship builder. Greece’s first king, King Otto, was a guest at the mansion and slept in the same bedroom we were assigned. The gorgeous bedroom has a four-poster bed, tall casement windows overlooking a central patio with a water fountain, and a ceiling that starts about twenty feet up. The charming town of Leonidio is a climbing center because of its location near towering rock cliffs. Wonderful breakfast.
Housed in a 19th-century mansion in Leonidio village, Archontiko Chioti features an outdoor pool with decked terrace, indoor hot tub and hammam.

I spend a great deal of time travelling and staying at hotels worldwide. It's rare to find a hotel like Archontiko Chioti that not only meets all the expectations I would have of a 5 star hotel, but also exceeds these. From the impeccable garden and pool area, the exceptionally maintained facilities, friendly and attentive stafff, I could not ask for more. I am looking forward to transiting through this hotel and village during my next business trip. It's definitely worth the drive from Athens.
It is a wonderful place for swimming and diving. There are many beaches around.
Well ... i must mention here the Acapulco restaurant (wonderful food) but also wherever we sat to eat the food was exceptionally good.

Tiros is a cute little town - it's very pretty to see.
Tiros is a cute little town - it's very pretty to see. There are a couple of shops to browse at but not really that kind of touristy place. It has a good choice and variety of restaurants. The sea is really clean and a good temperature. if the waves pick up, they bring up a little seaweed but not much. You can walk from one end to the other in 15 minutes. As a vegan, I had the typical options at restaurants (Greek food has lots of salads and some dips you can eat, fries, etc). At Balcony I asked for a pizza with no cheese and they made it for me. Same with Jimmy's (superior pizza). Akrogiali has "mageirefta" which is home-style food like Beans "gigantes" and stuffed vegetables "yemista". Overall it's a nice place for a relaxing vacation - swim, eat, swim, eat. There are some organized beaches nearby for some water sports.

Great little village with a stony beach.....bring plastic shoes. The street On the beach has lots of bars and shops and restaurants. We had heard that it was too commercial but disagree . It’s cute, friendly and a great spot to stop for a day or two.
Wow! What a wonderful stay we had at the hotel! We booked 3 nights mid September. Although off-season, the hotel had everything we needed for a wonderful stay.
The hotel is renovated and the rooms and common areas are very pleasant.
The staff was amazing. Always happy to help with any question or issue, always with a smile!
The hotel is just 5 minutes walking from the beautiful Tigani Beach, and is surrounded by a few great taverns.
All in all, great value for money!
Sophia, the proprietor was incredibly helpful and friendly. She provided a kettle and extra drinking water for the room. When leaving she gave me a honey cake and a large jar of olives. I am now back home and have now eaten some of the olives - they are amazing! Some of the best olives I have ever tasted!
The hotel is well located - but Tiros was very quiet when I stayed, so it was quite a long walk to the nearest open restaurants (for dinner and breakfast).
During my stay at this charming hotel, I was delighted by the breakfast options. We had savor a traditional Greek breakfast, featuring homemade bread, exquisite olive oil and paste, sweet honey, and fresh homegrown fruits. The owners go above and beyond, offering diverse activities like hiking, fishing, and engaging workshops on olive oil and wine production. With the reception open 24/7, this hotel truly caters to every need.
Owner met us on the main road and had us follow him to the House.
Great View overlooking all of Tiros
Comfortable house, with everything you will need
Ilias the Owner went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable, and had everything we needed, also recommending where to go for beach and food. he is a great host and looks after the guests.
We will be coming back.
My recent stay at Paraskevas Boutique Hotel was a true seaside captivate that exceeded all expectations. Curl up 10 meters from the beach, this charming gem offers an experience that effortlessly combines relaxation, convenience and warm hospitality. Room was very clean and spacious. View was majestic and the staff friendly and genteel. I'll be back for more days soon.
Although a few people around we experienced the freedom of Tyros in this magnificent hotel that is exceptionally clean and most friendly we have experienced in Greece. We had a peaceful beautiful fulsome breakfast overlooking the sea, sadly we had to leave to Athens. If you have transport a meal at the Komatsu restaurant is a must. Thank you Anastasios.
Great location and a very nice view of a location off the beaten track for international tourists. We had a great time and a wonderful experience thanks to the host and owner of the hotel. Always nice to chat and to ask for info. The room was extremely clean and really big, with very high ceilings compared to other placed we stayed.
This is the second time we’re staying in this Hotel and definitely is not going to be the last ! Will be back soon !The best location ! Very relaxing with the best water view .The owner Sofia went out of her way to make our stay comfortable . Thank you Sofia for the hospitality ! You are the best 😍
Wonderful everything, from hospitality to cleanness, to view, to location, and all of this for an unbelievable value.
This type of hotel you wouldn’t find it even for four times the price. This hotel and the city of Tiros deserves a stay and a visit, and to be known from tourists.
My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The WiFi connection was impressively strong throughout the entire property, from the rooms to the beach, making it easy to stay connected and share my beautiful experiences with friends and family. I would like to recommend it!
Everything was very nice - clean, spacious rooms, terrace overlooking the sea. Quiet and peaceful place. The room was cleaned every day. There is a parking place for everyone. Free umbrellas and sunbeds on the beach. in front of the hotel. The staff was very responsive.
This is our second visit this year and we came back because of the family who run this wonderful hotel. You will not be disappointed with the traditional terrazzo flooring. This small family run hotel is a must visit if you are heading to the coastal Peloponnese.
The rooms were nice and clean. The hotel has a pretty view to the sea. Tasty breakfast is available for 5 €/person. There is also a shared kitchen that seemed to have decent facilities for cooking although we didn't use it so I don't know for sure.
large and clean, quiet, very friendly owners, gave us of their oranges, and helped with luggage, nice large balcony terrace with morning sun and great view into bay. Tiros has a nice sea promenade.
Nice room and bathroom. Clean. Nice owner. Very close to the sea and several restaurants. Possibility to park ca. 75 metres from the hotel (and park for a while to unload just in front of it).
Good and elegant hotel, when it came to prices, the value for the quality of service and experience I received was unbeatable. I can't wait to return to this gem of a hotel!
Lounging in amazing balcony of my exquisite room, gazing at the sea - it was an experience I'll cherish forever. This hotel truly knows how to create unforgettable moments.
The hotel's setting is perfect. The beachfront view is breathtaking. The WiFi is flawless, even on the beach. A truly wonderful experience. Would definitely return.
